yeah supersettin can be a struggle at that time...i was thankful when lafitness took some members from my gym lol

I dunno if it's only my gym but the increase in people using the gym to socialize like it's a club or something..

Done fukked up these past two off days and might've gained a pound or two. Slacked off instead of taking my ass to the gym and had to skip leg day this week. Didn't do anything at the house either but sleep and chill. Came now before work to do some abs and cardio. Try to burn off a few hundred calories and take it easy since I'll get plenty of cardio and strength training at work tonight. Likely won't be back until Sunday night the earliest if not Monday. Gotta stay focused.

As the story broke this morning about Iron Addicts Gym in Miami being raided by the DEA for allegedly selling steroids, CT Fletcher (owner of the Iron Addicts brand) took to his Instagram to release a message to his followers. CT Said that he doesn’t actually own the gym in Miami and simply gave the name to use to his friend Mike Rashid. The decision that he now regrets.
