So if I were to buy an already cooked chicken from walmart or something....how would this work?

I'm usually only tracking boneless, skinless, raw chicken parts.

I would try to find a visual of a serving size (usually 4 oz) and use the common calorie count.

Finally bought some new pants for the gym. This pair has a zipper, my old ones were button down but the bottom one kept getting undone. I have to try to get some walmart hoodies next.

Finally back on my research chem shyt to get ready for the summer and my new position as a Military Science instructor...

So I'm doing Liquid T3 with liquid ostarine...ill run this for 6 weeks...I always have good progessn when using T3 I haven't used the Osta long term yet...

I think you can find calories for cooked chicken with skin. I'm still not sure how to account for bone though
