^^^^^how do y'all measure calories consumed from random pieces cut off a whole chicken?

I would try to find a visual of a serving size (usually 4 oz) and use the common calorie count.^^^^^
So if I were to buy an already cooked chicken from walmart or something....how would this work?
I'm usually only tracking boneless, skinless, raw chicken parts.

I think you can find calories for cooked chicken with skin. I'm still not sure how to account for bone though^^^^^
