Ab strain got me out the gym for a little over a week now:francis:. Not being able to lift got to be top 5 worst feelings. My gains :mjcry:.

He doesn't look bad at all *pause*

And that type of strength is mostly a product of neurological adaptations
He doesn't look like shyt per say. But for a nikka that strong who is dedicated like that to the gym
That physique is a L. And you can tell he like 5'6. But you right about the strength thing.

Yeah I get what you mean. When he puts on a shirt you prob can't even tell he lifts :mjcry: that's a bad feeling and drives brehs to overbulking. I know cause I've experienced it :wow:

Man trying to figure out this work/sleep/eat/workout schedule is killing me. Have 0 energy. Try going to the gym at 2 have 0 energy cause I've been up for like 12 hours. No juice. Take a nap after work can't go til like 5. Go at 5 pushes dinner back til 8ish. I need to be sleep by like 10.
Man this sucks :mjcry:
