@XxBboyxX I'm doing

Monday: cardio
Tuesday: power upper
Wed: power lower
Thurs: alternate upper + cardio
Fri: cardio (sometimes)
Sat: volume upper
Sun: volume lower

Its a beast.... I do 6 weeks on 2 weeks off, I can't do this shyt full time but it works

Impressive. I cant fukk with 6 days anymore(and u here doing 7 days :beli: ). Especially when im cutting. My energy level is not up to par. Plus i lift better when i get days off.

I cut way back when I'm cutting. 1 leg day, 2-3 upper body days, lots of cardio

I just got some sweatpants that I ordered and they are supposed to be kinda skinny but they fit like compression pants:why:. I can't visually tell that my legs are growing but I can't fit into pants like I'm used to. Even if the waist is right the calves and thighs are hugging. I got a closet full of jeans, joggers, and chinos that don't fit. I guess it's good I'm making gains though :ehh:
