Monday: cardio
Tuesday: power upper
Wed: power lower
Thurs: alternate upper + cardio
Fri: cardio (sometimes)
Sat: volume upper
Sun: volume lower
Its a beast.... I do 6 weeks on 2 weeks off, I can't do this shyt full time but it works

Impressive. I cant fukk with 6 days anymore(and u here doing 7 days ). Especially when im cutting. My energy level is not up to par. Plus i lift better when i get days off.
