Been doing some calisthenics circuit workout and really enjoying it. I'm gonna divide my workouts now into half weight lifting and half athletic body weight stuff. Trying to get that lean applicable physique

That sucked. Last workout after two weeks with 30gs of carbs a day an it was rough.

Can't be running that much anymore due to my knee and weight. I'm just looking to run 2x a week at about 3 miles each run. When I drop 10-15lbs I'll re-evaluate. Right now just bodyweight workouts and soccer.

Goal for all in the weight loss grind, log your foods. Grab Myfitnesspal and log everything that goes into your mouth. You may be off a bit but it's better to be in the ballpark than just guesstimating. When I lost 35 lbs last year I went 6 months straight logging all my foods. Took time off logging foods and then I platued (I will say though that my eating habits started to regress)

I don't how you do it (NH). I'm right at 40 and the T-Levels have me walking around the gym :demonic:
Yeah idk. I wasn't even fappin that much but my sex drive felt relativiely low compared to how it has been in the past. Maybe that's just a part of post-adolescence. Hopefully not low T
