Started getting the attention of a few of the broads that work at my gym :takedat:

Even though its fall, I still need to get my diet more in check. Went ham on 10 piece nuggets after the usual thursday night bar run :noah:

Just hopped out the shower from coming from the gym; only did elliptical + I jogged the mile there and back. I'll mix it up once I start going consistently.

I feel so good.

I kinda wanna try the Rower next time too.

I haven't been lifting heavy lately, been doing a lot of pushups, pullups and weighted dips. I think I might transition from weight lifting to strictly body weight training, boxers and male gymnasts have the most functional strength and they don't touch weights.
I kinda been leanin towards that myself. I still lift it's just geared towards power/speed development. and I still do heavy db rows, headed towards 200lbs on those :youngsabo:
