do you lift heavy for your shoulders?

Salty all day famo

Shoulders are feeling brand new..I haven't trained since Monday so I'm going in tonight. Conditioning circuit...tire flips, battle rope, jump rope, push ups....

Yea. I mean this is something I always knew I need to work on. But for me stretching out my pecs & lats have always been difficult.

FINALLY went and signed up for 24 hour fitness on the 1st. Went too damn hard my first day back and my shyt was sore until today :mjcry:


Going back later after work and get it in. :blessed:

Can I ask you why you tryna go up 55lbs breh? You gonna need to get a gym membership, eat about 3000 cals a day, workout PHAT for a while. Go get yourself some creatine, taurine and arganine. Tell your wife/SO/yourself to eat shyt 6-8 mid sized meals a day breh. That's an insane amount of weight to WANT to gain. Especially during cutting season. I'm on a crazy deficit rn.

I love big thick women too but sometimes i feel like if i was to sex them up, they would be the ones dominating me.

Imagine a scrawny ass guy trying to dominate these women :mjlol:

Plus all weight isn't good weight. You can get up to 235 no problem without ever stepping foot in a gym. But you will look like shyt, guaranteed. Just focus on getting stronger and getting rid of body fat. You will have to do it in chunks/phases as it's hard as hell to do both at the same time. The number on the scale is a tool, not the be all end all.

As long as you're mentally prepared for the long haul then go for it. Don't get caught up in numbers tho. Why 230? Why not a solid 200? If it's for bytches, I can tell you first hand it ain't gonna pay off lol.

Just look at most NFL safeties or cornerbacks. I'm trying to get down to 210 on my morning weight from 226. I will be nice and lean like a model at that weight :ahh: and I'm 5'11"

I enjoy it. Its going to be rough but you have to learn to love the process. I cut in 2015 and 2016 and got better each time. Gonna cut this year and scratch a little deeper. Plus for me cutting is almost like Lent.... it's rough to go through, but I come out the other side looking better and appreciating luxury macros. So it's all good. You have us here as a resource so you can skip the line as far as mistakes people make starting out which will make it a lot easier. I have been lifting for like 10 years, I'm at where I should have been like 2 years in.

These young buls got the cheat codes. All these fitness apps.... when I started lifting I had a Blackberry, no data plan :mindblown: No YT fitness community, no Instagram.... just BB.com forums :francis:

It's all good though, I'm enjoying the journey regardless :mjgrin:

shyt when i started in high school the internet was still on dial up status :flabbynsick:

Tupac had just died my freshmen year and all people cared about was bench pressing and curls. I had no access to anything diet wise and counting calories wasnt even in my circle :dead:


We still believed fat was bad for u and made u fat :dead:
