@GinaThatAintNoDamnPuppy! @Meh i got down to 226lbs on Tuesday but bloated back to 230 last night...I had some plantain chipsprobably sensitive to sodium or some shyt
Anyway here's another example of a day for me:
Can I ask you why you tryna go up 55lbs breh? You gonna need to get a gym membership, eat about 3000 cals a day, workout PHAT for a while. Go get yourself some creatine, taurine and arganine. Tell your wife/SO/yourself to eat shyt 6-8 mid sized meals a day breh. That's an insane amount of weight to WANT to gain. Especially during cutting season. I'm on a crazy deficit rn.
@TristanWildz how tall are you?
Plus all weight isn't good weight. You can get up to 235 no problem without ever stepping foot in a gym. But you will look like shyt, guaranteed. Just focus on getting stronger and getting rid of body fat. You will have to do it in chunks/phases as it's hard as hell to do both at the same time. The number on the scale is a tool, not the be all end all.
As long as you're mentally prepared for the long haul then go for it. Don't get caught up in numbers tho. Why 230? Why not a solid 200? If it's for bytches, I can tell you first hand it ain't gonna pay off lol.I'm 5'11 breh.
Yeah, i've accepted that it's going to be hard but i'm gonna make breh, i'm gonna make it.

Just look at most NFL safeties or cornerbacks. I'm trying to get down to 210 on my morning weight from 226. I will be nice and lean like a model at that weightNah breh, it ain't for the chicks lol.
All in honesty, i just want to see what my genetic limit is. I believe everyone should get to their genetic limit just to see how amazing their genes are.
Also, can you post a picture of what a 5'11 200lb pounder looks like?
I enjoy it. Its going to be rough but you have to learn to love the process. I cut in 2015 and 2016 and got better each time. Gonna cut this year and scratch a little deeper. Plus for me cutting is almost like Lent.... it's rough to go through, but I come out the other side looking better and appreciating luxury macros. So it's all good. You have us here as a resource so you can skip the line as far as mistakes people make starting out which will make it a lot easier. I have been lifting for like 10 years, I'm at where I should have been like 2 years in.I'm 5'11 breh.

Do you sleep on your side? That shyt is terrible for your shoulders.I decided to take a nap yesterday and after waking up my shoulder feels bad fml. I think this is a sign I need to work on shoulder mobility.

Breh I'm 5'11.5" and at about 206 right now. By Feburary I HOPE to be down to 190. That being said, you can knock down those type of chicas without gaining 55lbs of muscle lol. Consistently work out and eat good and you'll be knocking em down in 2 months.I'm 5'11 breh.
