I'm just now getting into bodybuilding and my goals aren't that unrealistic. I was wondering what that "prison body" type is called?
That "not lean but still looks like he works out" look. Like this :

I'm not into the whole lean ambercrombie & fitch look.

Thing is, i don't have time for the gym.
I own two 10lb dumbbells, two 20lbs and a resistance band.

My brother also bought me a big ass bucket of Whey.
I'm trying to go from 175 to 230lbs. How realistic are my goals?

lol that's gonna take a long time breh.

You're gonna have to do compound lifts to put on quality weight. No way around that.

Just got my yearly blood work done since i work at the hosiptal and my results came back :noah:




All my levels are perfect. Even my white cell levels is at max and ready to take on any viruses:ufdup:


Havent gotten sick all season and plan to keep it that way :blessed:


Cholesterol level is down to normal range which was better then last year (high cholesterol runs on my dads side)


Doctor said whatever im doing keep doing it :win:

Whatup gym brehs. Moved to a new area and boxing isn't an option anymore. Been hitting up the gym w my short breh who strong as fukk, and I got DOMs like a motherfukker. What's the best to relieve em? Just aspirin? Also out of weed :francis: so that's not an option. I forgot the worst part abt going to the gym--other people the meathead fukks at Xsport are too much lol. I seen some of the gayest shyt in just the pst few days! Anyway, don't forget to foam roll brehs!!!

Can I ask you why you tryna go up 55lbs breh? You gonna need to get a gym membership, eat about 3000 cals a day, workout PHAT for a while. Go get yourself some creatine, taurine and arganine. Tell your wife/SO/yourself to eat shyt 6-8 mid sized meals a day breh. That's an insane amount of weight to WANT to gain. Especially during cutting season. I'm on a crazy deficit rn.

That dude mite have no legs. In any case, shooting to gain 55 lbs is a terrible idea. You will look big AF if you put on muscle mass and lose fat mass which will probably keep you at the 175lbs you're already at.

Just keep at it. Body always gets sore when you change workouts or start working out after a break.

I decided to take a nap yesterday and after waking up my shoulder feels bad fml. I think this is a sign I need to work on shoulder mobility.

Shoulders are feeling brand new..I haven't trained since Monday so I'm going in tonight. Conditioning circuit...tire flips, battle rope, jump rope, push ups....
