Eating right now about to head to the gym in a few. Gotta question tho:
On days you Don't workout (lift) what do you do? Do you.actually relax or do you do small exercises? I normally do 200 pushups and 150 situps on my days off.
Oh and some shyt i noticed. I noticed that I don't feel as sore post-workout since I've started the circuit lifting but i feel so much stronger.
