I still don't get the premise of it....

Have you ever played any of the video games? Well the main goal of the games is to travel to different locations to catch and train your Pokémon. They created an app where you can do the same thing by walking around in real locations to catch Pokémon. It's so popular because Pokémon has spanned so many generations and fans have been waiting ages for it to go mobile.

From a dude on Yahoo answers:

making jerky is easy and not expensive, most people can do it at home with a simple food dehydrator. The reason it is expensive is becuz the finished product is only a 10th of the size it started from. The moisture is removed from the meat, which makes it smaller. 16oz of jerky started out as a few lbs of meat. Conisdering a 2 lb steak can be $5-$10 raw, it seems reasonable that the same steak would cost the same after it was reduced to just a few onces. Ground beef is the left over peices from when the steaks are trimmed. They mix the trimming with the fat , grind it all up , and you have ground beef. That's why they have an 80-20 ratio on the pack, 80 % beef with 20% fat. And yes jerky comes from the same cow.

Seems legit :ehh:
:ohhh: Now I know,eh fukk jerkey,bought a $6 bag of that premium jerky,lasted me but 10mins
Them blue diamond small cans cost $4 each but last me bout 3 days :ehh:
Buy the almonds in bulk
I might do this then,I just like the brand I get cuz they have all types of flavors,I'll look into making my own seasoning and see how I go about that

Thanks just peeped the thread in the aracadium seems cool, not my thing though, seems mad trendy as fukk, but should be here to stay for a good year or two, I'd venture to say, the app isn't even at its peak yet.

Man, I was absolutely dead playing ball today. Every burst was like an act of God. Luckily my 3 was hitting like usual.

I sat in my car for about 20 min afterwards with the ac on; I couldn't move

did legs yesterday for the first time in a while, and deadlifts are probably the hardest exercise to get back into the swing of things. Had me a little dizzy.

Dealing with doms, so i did chest/back today.

You guys think using the smith machine will help improve my bench?

You have to start breathing better when you lift, especially when your doing something like deadlifts. Deadlifts uses you whole body and you need that oxygen. I almost passed out once when I was doing lat pulldowns lol. I held my breath in too long, to get this last rep and I was able to get the rep in and when I finished I almost black out lol. I was like never again :smh:lol.

Yup. As silly as it sounds I've improved lifts and push-ups by breathing

Deadlift day with the 5/3/1 program....did the instructed final set 415 rep out. I don't think I've ever cared to do high rep heavy deadlifts, but damn. Got like 9 in and thought I was going to die. :mjlol: Then that evening I went by my aunt's house and my little cousin and his HS team were running 5v5 at the outdoor court and played these spring chicken nikkas for like 3 hrs in the heat. I'm only 25, but it was a struggle to keep up with these dudes at my size. :whew:

Went hard on the weights and cardio for six days straight and my weight barely budged even though my diet was in check. Yesterday I take the day off, dig into some unhealthy but delicious foods and this morning I wake up 2.4 pounds lighter:why:
