Man dont feel bad. I'm 5'8 160lbs and can only see my top 2 abs. And I do 300 crunches a day.
Any exercises other than crunches that you recommend? I hear it's mostly based on fat too. Like getting a decent diet. I try to do lunges for the sides. Maybe I gotta up the ab exercises more often. And burn a bit of fat off so it can show more.Might not be developed enough to show

Damn, so that means I have a lot more to go before I see mine. I'm about the same height. Would you say you're top heavy or even all around? I think my top half and bottom half weigh about the same, or atleast it looks like it. I don't think I can drop to 160 unless it's just bones and muscles but maybe I'm wrong. I'm 177 usually. A pound or two more now since I ate a few burgers over the weekend that need to be burned off this week.. I can lose weight but I'm not the slim built type.
Squat.......Pushups done killed me. Was planning on doing arms but said fukk that after. Overall thru the five sets I did a total of 160. With some short rest between sets to get the last few in. Decided to make it a leg day. Doing leg press at 320 got one more set of ten. Also mixing in calf presses, sets of twenty. Was gonna hop on the squat rack next but this girl just got on. She got a nice body too.
Maybe I'll just hop on some leg machines instead if another rack don't free up.

Lord please give me my deadlifting strength backhow the fukk I get stronger on all these other compound lifts but deads went to shyt. I swear nothing carries over to deadlift
Mine too but that's because I hardly benched in college. My squat and overhead press are boomingThat's how I feel about bench. My bench press game iseven though I've been hitting PRs on deads and squats the last few weeks.
