bytch got me in my feelings and fukked my gym flow up for a few days. Then I double scooped and fixed it.
recently I had a few days where a chick had me feeling.:damn:

I ended up using that negative emotion to lift heavy and kill it but once those endorphins wore off, I was back to feeling

The worst part is that she wanted to lift with me for awhile so I got her hooked up with a pass from my buddy who's a trainer there & I kinda trained her. Now some of my gym acquaintances have been asking about her and now she's playing head games and it's fukking me up... The worst part is that she's usually just straight up to the point of being a brutally honest bytch which I really appreciated, but now its just games...but I'm gonna stop now cause this ain't the right place for this convo.

I ain't easy gettin back into the heavier stuff when you haven't done it in almost 2 years :whew:

Did arms/shoulders and i might have bought a condo in snap city. My right shoulder is bugging me :mjcry:

first off, fukk seated shoulder barbell press. That shyt was pain from the get-go. The machine is better.

anyone ever use the shrug machine for deadlifting?

Squats were terrible today, not sure why either had to do fukking leg press to feel respectable. :mjwhat:

I need to find some new exercises to work hams on squat (leg) day. Or maybe I need to do them on a separate day.
romanian deadlift with dumbbells will have your hams popping

They work for me and are great for when I'm not with chalk and want a BACK only workout. If you over here deadlifting 3 plates and DB rowing 60lbs. then yeah...you shouldn't be using straps or hook b/c you still got virgin forearms.


I've noticed most small brands are quick to give away free products on Amazon for a good review. Be wary of those 5 star reviews....I've gotten free protein, creatine, hooks and belts. :sas1:

Tomorrow I'm finally back to lifting :blessed: Did a full week of just cardio and lost weight, probably muscle too. Still though I think I was going too hard on squats cause I was pushing my limit. My knees hurt so bad had to take a break. Then the past week went through some personal problems but now I'm hoping everything goes back to normal.

Also my refrigerator broke so I've been having to get creative with what I eat.
