Second week back I feel pretty good just working thought this diet .

I must be getting my strength back I curled 80lbs 4 reps :leon:


Still haven't worked up my dumb bell press but I'm back to 65lbs

Tryna drink a gallon a day I be pissing sooo much goodness .

Personally as long as I'm hitting everything at least twice a week, doms for the most part is manageable and lessens as time goes on until I take a week off.
Yea Im hitting some things 3x/week in a cut

Only hitting legs once a week and that's what I get the most DOMS with

Taking a break from presses and flys because that movement hurts just around my right shoulder. Hoping there's nothing wrong there and just needs rest :lupe:

Had to burn off all that sugary junk i been eating lately. Hopefully my metabolism stays high. Felt like I was productive tho. Finished week 2 of the pushup program. Did some dips, 3x5. Then worked on some back. Lat pulldowns, behind head 3x10 at 105 alternating with 3x10 90, front of head. The back killed me. Maybe due to higher weight or having done dips right before, it put more pressure on my triceps. Did some rows at like 90 and another machine that's for back. Pad on your chest and you pull towards you. Worked the seated ab machine and the captains chair. Then did about 20 on the elliptical. Hit the sauna for a few and driving home now to get ready for work. Expecting a busy day with lots of manual labor so I should burn plenty of calories. Thinking of hitting up leg day tomorrow since I'm off and likely won't go back to the gym until Tuesday or Wednesday. Gotta stop eating junk to maintain myself until then tho.
