I'd keep cardio and resistance training in two separate sessions. Arm days and leg days are pretty self explanatoryProbably should be a thread, but how do you do an "arm day" and/or "leg day"? Is it about the quantity of reps/duration of time you dedicate to the exercises ~hr? How much cardio should I do before/after? And how frequently in a week if my goals are to lose (a lot)?
