So what's the etiquette for cleaning up the seated calf raise. :patrice: I didn't take all the plates off and left two 45s on because I figured whoever was going to use it next would at least do 90 lbs. I'm thinking I'm saving them time of loading up.

I worked on barbell shoulder press.
I got up to 130 lbs. for a one rep max. I attempted a 135 lbs. and failed half way up.
I start with the barbell on my clavicles.

I have Vegas end of June, I need to be hoe ready. This is ruining my schedule

Read up online, that this is quite common. You will stop losing weight despite doing same as what you were previously. Then all of a sudden a large amount just drops off.

My plan to be hoe ready is still on track, Vegas PAWGs watch out

How the hell do people feel dumbbell pullovers in their chest? :dwillhuh: I don't feel it there or anywhere for that matter

Dumbbell pullovers are an underrated exercise. Basically a full upperbody movement. If you do them on the flat bench they'll be more of an upper body, serratus anterior, and intercostals exercise.

Try doing moderate to heavy reps on incline. You will feel it for sure. Or you can super set pullovers with champagnes for inner outer chest development.

@BobbyBooshay the "whoosh" is a powerful drug.... I will never forget last week how I dropped 2lbs in like 3 days :dead: But you have to trust the process

Im going to Croatia in September... trying to get my first 6 pack by then. Down 9lbs in just over 4 weeks :blessed: But I easily have another 10-15 to go :mjcry:
