So got good news, my PT discharged since he believes I don't need rehab really anymore and just need to be in the gym with the right plan. And really he said their isn't anything I can't do. However I probably will wait for my appointment next Thursday with the orthopedist before adding anything new.

But regardless I really need to work on my ankle mobility.

:mjcry: I've been strict on my diet and haven't missed a lift or cardio session in two weeks. Have finally made it to 200 lbs but I'm still the big guy. I'm not even tall 5'10 so they're not talking about my height. (I know it's nothing but it's funny how some stuff can mess with you.)

5'10 200lbs...you should be around 180 to be ready for the beach. Dont worry what other people say tho...in life you have to learn to accept and reject other people's energy

I wouldn't skress it. Lot of people have been asking me if I still lift since I'm not a fat fukk like I was at 220. U cant win with other people so just do for delf :yeshrug:

Yeah Im sure they don't mean nothing by it, I just have a lot of social anxiety so I'm always in my head about interactions with other people. I should be hitting 185 by the end of next month then I'm going to start cutting slower to hit 165 and then probably 155 cause I can tell I have a lot of bodyfat.

Got 185lbs.on my OHP press...the second rep I made it halfway until my abs started to quiver. Know I can go higher...tried that shyt at the end of my shoulder workout. :wow:

XL chest and shoulders, but a M waist size....either wearing my shirts baggy or spray on tight. :pachaha:

I did cardio and back.
I did a mile run in 8 mins. 13 seconds. That was rough. And it wore me out.
I just did pull-ups for back. Wide grip for the first 4 sets at 10 reps. Narrow grip for the last 4 sets. I did 10 reps, 7 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps.

Thankfully I've never had to bail on an OHP yet. .. but :mjcry: at being too tall to do it in the cage with the safety rails. I envy cats who can do it in there because you can really test where you are without fear of a rotator cuff which is one of my biggest fears in the gym. I know too many dudes that got ended by that injury

Cats are just gonna have to forgive the crash if shyt goes awry :laugh:
