Not trying to gang up on you at all obviously this is just amazing to me. If I took more than 200mg at a time you'd think I was a lost member of bone thugs and harmony with how fast I'd be talking

Yes. When I took hypermax xt it was 600 MG.

I've usually taken my hit by 10AM. I might do green tea in the afternoon but that's a small amount compared to my daily 250-300mg

Sounds reasonable. Being a full time student and working 20-25 hrs a week, I got into the habit of depending on caffeine. Honestly outside of frequently going to the bathroom I have seen no side effects that would have me worried. I still make sure I get at least 6 hrs of sleep, caffeine aint no substitute for sleep.

my lady actually wants to workout with me..this weekend...she wants to join me and do my usual morning run around my neighborhood..the last time she worked out with me in any fashion was way back in 09....it was way too intense for her as i was a madman with my conditioning around that time....this should be interesting

I regressed brehs I feel so ashamed j wanna crawl into a hole and just cry .

This week I couldn't put those 75s up not one fukking rep brehs not 1.

So I start my 3 sets out with 65 lbs no problem banged it out .

Second set 70lbs banged it out no problem .

I had to go back to 70lbs and it wasn't an issue .

How in the fukk did I put up 150 no problem last week but I couldn't get a fukking rep yo.

Im was so ashamed fukked up my whole work out .

I don't give a fukk that I went up in shoulder press and bicep curls .


I'm so fukking pissed still and this was at 3pm.

fukked up my day yo because I can't even try again till next week man :smh:


There is something wrong with my right forearm but that's not an excuse . This shyt bothering me heavy brehs . I don't jump weight like most people I wait 2 to 3 weeks till I know I can handle it shyt got my mind fukked up .

Had a good leg day today after damn near falling asleep during my workout yesterday. Brought the zercher squats back after a while without them and attempted 10x10 with 255lbs. Got 8 sets with 255 and then a burnout set with 135lbs
