I worked on shoulders yesterday and did standing military barbell press.
I got up to 115 lbs. for 3 reps. I did an attempt at 125 lbs. and couldn't do one.

Also, pause reps are good for plateaus imo. Drop down to 225/245.....hold at the bottom (not ATG, but parallel) for 3-5 seconds before lifting.


Yup barefoot and pauses are GREAT tools, pauses get you used to knowing you can stand up from uncomfortable positions. .

6 sets of 3 in the 225-245 range with some pauses will get @Ain't That Something past that plateau

for a few weeks then move to 275 for 5-6 sets of 3 in about a month or so should crack that egg

I popped this fat burner pill and a nikka sweating like an escaped slave outchea. It's only 10:30 and I already got huge sweat stains under my pits :whew:

I'm flabby and sick. I'm at 188.1 and I want to be down to high 160 lbs. or at least the low 170 lbs. :to:

Glutes are very underrated as a muscle. Strong glutes keep you safe while you lift and help with your posture.
