Does anyone eat into their burned calories? I burn over 600 calories per day but i'll maybe eat back maybe 200 of that.

That's a no no, right? Or it's all right?

I bet what really happened is they went off their cycle, and told people they went vegetarian to explain why they lost size.

Back to eating meat is probably just codewords for back on cycle.

Bro I think u really gotta do some more research into calories. If u are a grown man u are probably burning 2000 a day at least.

I'm only referring to calories from the gym. Should have mentioned that. I burn around 3000 calories per day according to Google fit since it's all synced to all my fitness apps

Use trial and error to figure out a daily calorie intake that leads to weight loss.

For example. For one or two weeks, stick to a strict 2500/day diet. Weight yourself monday morning before and after....if you're losing weight, you're probably on the right track and can then adjust accordingly.

Ah ok

And yea @HHR has the right idea. Truthfully nobody knows what their maintenance is down to the calorie.... it's all trial and error. That's why on a diet most people have to continually adjust downward over time. Maintenance is very fluid
