I had issues when I used it with anything but water .

I missed like 2 days and was like "why the fukk am I holding water".... had my daily dose, woke up visibly leaner this morning

I'm bout to unsubscribe from a bunch of them, It's just sleazy clickbait bullshyt (Athlean-X), or generic "what's in my gym bag"/"full day of eating" vids (damn near every fitness chick).

I'm only staying subbed to BroScienceLife, Bradley Martyn, and Elgintensity, and those are all for fukkery purposes moreso than fitness.
I watch athlean-x when it comes to exercise tips.
Aside from the advertising bombardment, the guy is a physical therapist, so with that knowledge, he provides insight on movements that aren't beneficial to your joints, like the "bad exercises" videos.
I've been to physical therapy for my knees and shoulders. He's not making up stuff and is on point about things not to do.

I've got beans as my primary carb source now. Needless to say the fiber intake is high as fukk. As is the protein. Plus beans are cheap to buy in bulk. :ahh: GOAT bodybuilding food

Feel like I've been slacking lately. I don't know if it's some new food in my diet it what but I've gained a few pounds already this year. And I've been going to the gym about 3 times a week plus I do walk a lot at work. It's been mostly in my stomach area where the fat is building up. I might have to check out that fiber idea or just cut down on the diet a bit. I've been trying to stick to mostly cardio and core at the gym since I'm not trying to bulk up or gain any more muscles. Currently at 185. Wanna see if I get down to 180 first then go down from there. I think 170 would be perfect if it doesn't cause loss of muscle. I think it's my diet mostly. I have been eating less, just gotta cut down on certain stuff. Or maybe it's just fat from getting old. Not as fit as my younger self apparently. :mjcry:
