Is it okay eating junk food for dinner a lot as long as you stay under your calorie intake? I don't plan on pigging out. Just wanna see if its safe to do maybe 2-3 times a week. Maybe some burgers without Mayo and such and still lose weight after that week.

Yea as long as it all fits in calorie wise you should be fine. Eating is all a trial by error honestly. What works for some may not work for others.

And none of these make me feel anything. No jitters ( not saying that's a good thing) no influx of body temp etc etc.


Now on one hand I understand some of you will be like " All Night Lights just getting motivated doggie"

And that would be a very legit answer and I'm not mad; but I need that kick in the butt.

One time, I drank a Redbull before going and playing Tennis;and I was feeling like I was working hard and I was hyper and playing hard. I want to feel like that. But buying a Redbull every day will get expensive.

Has anyone tried the hydroxy cut black onyx? It has pretty good reviews on GNC?

Im :flabbynsick:, my heart can't take that shyt. Plus I hate the idea of having to depend on anything besides food and sleep to perform in the gym. shyt's a death spiral

deload/recess week

I've decided to do that the first week of each month since I'm on such a high volume program.

During deload I don't stop working out I just do some fun shyt like loaded carries and also experiment with other stuff. Gotta keep this shyt fun brehs :jawalrus:

I had a bottle if one, can't remember the name but my stimulant resistance built up pretty quickly near the end of 2nd month.

I felt it was more cost effective to drink coffee. Same effect + way cheaper.

If you want a cheapo fizzy energy drink that would last, buy

Any bottle of concentrated juice drink (the ones you mix with water).
Sparkling fizzy water (you can get a couple litres for $1)
And a big bag of caffiene powder.

You got cheapo red bull for months lol

yea, youre good.

Ive been doing it the past few months and I swear ive gotten leaner (im bulking).
You'll notice a slight change in your physique the day after eating a high fat/salt meal though...but it goes back to normal the next day.
