I did a leg workout yesterday. Got up to 175 lbs for 10 reps on the squat. Much better than last week. I didn't want to push it farther than that. The other thing I do now that I didn't do before is put a barbell pad on the neck area.
I do foam roller on my legs after a leg workout. I don't want to end up in the same position I was in before physical therapy. That was an expensive bill, my insurance didn't cover a lot for each PT visit.
But, dude knew what he was doing and my right knee is back to 100% and my left knee is about 80%. Again, I don't even need to wear leg straps or tape up my knees anymore for squats. He's was like my Miyagi after getting my leg swept.
