Cutting season is gonna be expensive AF

Matt Ogus been eating big ass salad bowls mixed with Chipotle bowls and he is diced right now. Obviously thats not everything but its smart. shyts are like this big no lie

Im not fukking with Chipotle AT ALL but I will see about this salad bowl shyt. Mix some chicken or ground turkey in and I'll be good. When u are in a cut its all about that volume brehs.

Do you guys and gals do exercises to activate certain muscles before you work on those muscles via weights?

For example, I usually do 50 push-ups(really, 5-sets of 10) before I do chest workouts with weights. I do this to REALLY activate my pecs before I do bench-press and stuff like that...

Yes, I warm up for most things either using a light weight, or BW stuff and also my yoga band for shoulder dislocations to warm up my scapula.



Just dont do your max for a warm up lol

Can't believe it took me so long to get off my ass and get back into shape:why:

Decided to buy some new (smaller) work clothes this weekend cause my old clothes were getting ridiculously baggy

Been getting comments on my weight loss all week from collegues (been in my job for a year now, so they basically only know me as a fat guy:snoop:) and been catching some borderline thirsty stares from some of the ladies too:steviej:.

Maybe it's just in my head, and I'm just imagining the stares but regardless, I'm feeling confident, which is rarely a bad thing:youngsabo:.

Damn, I forgot how good it felt to be in shape. I hope I never get fat again:to:

I tried to do my usual bench press(about 80lbs, I don't go super heavy because I workout at home with free-weights and I don't have anyone in the house who wants to spot me) so I did about 10 reps, and started havin little back/shoulder blade pains, and almost had a panic attack. So I stopped to get my strength back. Now I'm just chillin...

Funny thing is, I woke up today feeling energized as hell. I woke up like "Yeah, I'm about to go IN on these chest exercises." NOPE!!! :pachaha: :mjcry:

I kinda lifted longer than usual yesterday, that may have had something to do with my failure today. Maybe today should be a rest day? :jbhmm:
