On the treadmill the other day I realized that 8 out of 10 women that passed me had it on.

They make nice shyt...but damn!

I guess the mobility work I've been doing the last few days has been paying off. I was able to go deep on squats without the lower back soreness I used to have. I used to do squats and my lower back would be sore AF. I asked a dude who worked at the gym to see if I was doing the buttwink (no homo) at the bottom of my squats. and he said my form looked fine, but he wasn't a personal trainer so he didn't know. Also got to four plates on sumo deadlifts (I know that ain't shyt to you powerlifting ass nikkas, but whatever).

All in all, this was probably the best leg day I've had in a long time. I could barely walk afterwards tho :noah:

What sort of mobility work were you doing?

Hadn't been able to workout since the 31st and I felt like shyt...only was in the mood to eat once or twice daily. I felt like I was skinny, felt nauseous and somewhat apathetic. Hit the gym and felt rejuvenated....:dwillhuh:
Yeah that shyt is just :myman:

You go into the gym feeling tired, bored a bit depressed yet come out after an hour or so like a new man. :myman:

Got me a bobble water bottle can't be drinking that tap shyt at the gym. :scusthov:

No alcohol or tree for me until Memorial Day weekend and Ive been eating clean since after New Year's Day.

What sort of mobility work were you doing?
Focusing heavily on hip and ankle mobility since poor mobility in those areas are the biggest causes of buttwink (no homo).

gonna do 10x10 of squats today. Gonna go light probably do 135lbs.

Working legs gives me the best post workout energy
