I guess the mobility work I've been doing the last few days has been paying off. I was able to go deep on squats without the lower back soreness I used to have. I used to do squats and my lower back would be sore AF. I asked a dude who worked at the gym to see if I was doing the buttwink (no homo) at the bottom of my squats. and he said my form looked fine, but he wasn't a personal trainer so he didn't know. Also got to four plates on sumo deadlifts (I know that ain't shyt to you powerlifting ass nikkas, but whatever).
All in all, this was probably the best leg day I've had in a long time. I could barely walk afterwards tho
