Resolutioners here are funny. I really don't mind them because I was one a few years back myself but they sure know how to make you feel like a straight up zoo animal tho

I was doing my squats and cats had no shame in stopping and watching like :dwillhuh: I'm notorious for avoiding eye contact when I train because I never wanna be the "big scary black guy" and scare folks off so I'm sure I was "the arrogant meathead" today because of it:francis: damned if u do, damned if u don't.

I really hope I don't bomb out of this meet but as long as I make that walk I'm happy.

Oh aight, in that case don't lift heavy on the same day you plan on training, boxers in general mostly uses calisthenics and don't really fukk with the weights too much.


If you just want to work the heavy bag & speed bag, you can do that at the end of workouts if you have some gas left. Honestly boxing will give you one hell of a workout on it's own, you could split it up 3 days of the week for boxing and 3 for weights.

I'm joking of course, but honestly this dude is just spewing what should be common sense, its not really revolutionary. Eat smaller portions and eat more veggies is basically all his message is saying. If you need to write a whole book and have a 2 hour documentary on PBS to get that message out, you already have lost the audience that needs you the most. Its just another book, another diet to them. Its not a diet at all, but people aren't smart enough to understand that:manny:
