Man is it just me or does cardio disappear faster than strength

I didnt ride my bike for a week.... came back and now I get winded AF

This is a problem considering all the snacks and treats I had during that downtime :damn:

I know the feels...:mjcry: Got winded chasing some 18yr. old nikka who had more hops than me on the court. I've only been away from hooping for 2 weeks. Need to get back on the jump-rope or swimming game for safe cardio.


Went to the doctor yesterday and on my way there I saw a Lifetime Fitness and decided to take a tour. Makes LA Fitness look like shyt...:whoo:

Used to dread cardio as well, but started doing intervals (minute run, minute walk to keep it interesting) now that I'm on a cut and this shyt is piff. Heart rate pushing 190, headphones pulled off, holding on for dear life and I love it :wow:

Conditioning improving so rapidly they drawing up my release papers from larry holmes gardens.

Had no idea how important it is.
Been having some knee pain the past few months...
...decided to do some rolling last night and the next day my lower body felt so much better.

Still have a lot of tension to work out in my legs...but now I know to make sure to do this shyt every week.

How long do you do your HIIT for?

I do slow cardio, but should probably switch things up a little.

I do slow cardio, but should probably switch things up a little.
I go early in the morning before work so I'm a little strapped for time. I do some brief lifting then 35-40 minutes of cardio. On my off days I push it to 60.
