Man is it just me or does cardio disappear faster than strength
I didnt ride my bike for a week.... came back and now I get winded AF
This is a problem considering all the snacks and treats I had during that downtime

I can barely dribble or layup And I dont have the time or desire to run drills and practice and shyt. Basketball has been the ultimate reminder of myI know the feels... Got winded chasing some 18yr. old nikka who had more hops than me on the court. I've only been away from hooping for 2 weeks. Need to get back on the jump-rope or swimming game for safe cardio.

I go early in the morning before work so I'm a little strapped for time. I do some brief lifting then 35-40 minutes of cardio. On my off days I push it to 60.How long do you do your HIIT for?
I do slow cardio, but should probably switch things up a little.
