Need to get back on the jump-rope or swimming game for safe cardio.

How long do you do your HIIT for?Used to dread cardio as well, but started doing intervals (minute run, minute walk to keep it interesting) now that I'm on a cut and this shyt is piff. Heart rate pushing 190, headphones pulled off, holding on for dear life and I love it

I go early in the morning before work so I'm a little strapped for time. I do some brief lifting then 35-40 minutes of cardio. On my off days I push it to 60.How long do you do your HIIT for?
I do slow cardio, but should probably switch things up a little.
