um he wasnt saying that to me to get me to do that, that is what he does, we work out together sometimes and 4 different times ems has been called and once he was taken to the hospital by EMS. Im not that foolish

Why would anyone want to put themselves at near death for the sake of impressing others at a gym when working out? And why would anyone think that's impressive anyway?

I ran track in college, motherfuccers went hard AF... no one EVER had to get EMS'd out :dwillhuh:

it doesnt make much sense to me either, he doesnt do it ti impress anyone he just works out until his body gives out. I love my cousin but sometimes he lacks common sense

I haven't even attempted to lift heavy in a long time :jbhmm: been on the reps for about a year and some change. I look much better as a result even though I haven't lost weight. :leon:

But heavy dumbbell shrugs and rows are good
Idk I've been trying rows and deadlifts recently but my hands still feel softer than charmin toilet paper....

My strength is back but my grip is horrible. Even hitting 2 plates is a struggle from grip alone....

I'm thinking about keeping chalk on me at all times now, to see how my gains will proceed.

I'll give db shrugs and some farmer walks a try though....

Workouts are getting easier. Second day in a row that I feel like I haven't done all four of my sets. Going to ride this out until the new year when I will increase the reps by 5 for each exercise. I hope my elbow holds out.
