I miss the gym believe it or not...but it's so expensive T_T
and it doesn't help that my Jillian Michaels DVDs are in the storage until next week probably
What do i do in the mean time? I mean..I walk 2 miles whenever i go to work (1 mile to get there and 1 mile to walk back home)....I wonder if I were to walk 2 miles everyday..would it make a huge difference as opposed to walking 4 miles a week?
Note to self: stop eating food from work: it's very unhealthy...except the salad maybe...hmm.
But I have been reading this book called "Eat this! not that!" and it helps a little...I will say it definitely opened my eyes when i found out how much calories was in a meal at a restaurant!
