I was comfortably benching 205 flat Sunday and figured that I'd just add the extra 20 and make it a regular 225...NOPE...

Some breh working out making the most noise breathing and making grimaces in the mirror was pretending to not see me asking him for help getting the bar off my chest :mjlol:

I just tipped one side over and in the process of getting it off the nikka tried to just hop over the bar like I was in his way (he was on the opposite side of the weight area) and ended up falling on his face. Fam really tried to start some shyt too :pachaha:

I'm just going to hit heavy bench weights on the smith from the floor...I did it Sunday and it worked :manny: especially since I don't have a lifting partner.

So yesterday I hit 205 again normally, then I added 5lbs total to do 210...no difference...then I added another 5 to get me to 215...no difference :francis:

Also did Romanian deads yesterday 10x10 with 255lbs (double overhand grip)

If you flex your lats really hard it keeps your shoulders back and basically becomes the most complete back movement known to man. :wow: traps, lats and middle back sore as hell
You must have more grip strength than a motherfukka

Yup very true...when I was in NY I did some standard ones using a trap bar at 320lbs and didn't recover from the soreness for another 3 days.

Ever since I've been back I've been doing them with the barbell and having to deal with it hitting your shins while focusing on your lats is a bytch :francis:

I like the fact that the trap gives you that room to engage your lats while not dealing with a bar that's going to fukk up your shins and quads (if you're not wearing knee-highs)

I see why some of yall dont like planet fitness, i was in a good groove did 35 mins of cardio then felt like hitting the weights :scust:wasn't enough benches to lift guess i'll have to start doing squats again

Feels good doing a short cardio session before work to burn off some of the Sunday junk calories. Hopefully I don't burn myself out too much and still gotta work.

I don't wanna take a week off from working out but I got finals tomorrow and Wednesday. Oh well GONNA go through a 3 day 4 week full body routine untill the semester starts. Then I prob will only be able to lift Tuesday and Thursday mornings :/
