My lower back has been acting up... I think its time to put ego to the side and drop back on DLs. Thats one thing that took a nosedive during my time off.

I had to do the same recently. Went from Deadlifting 365 to 225. Going to stay at this weight for a while then slowly start working my way back up.

I hate Leg press more than squats. I did a leg workout yesterday with the fellas, nikkas puttin' 6 plates on each side and I'm like...

I crush legs bruh

I do 10 calfs raises then flip the nob and move my feet to the middle for leg press 10 for my quads then move feet up all the way up top for my hamstrings 10 more. Do 5 sets and im good :lift:

I used to do that on the press machine. Just a regular press and then do calves... but I started doing seated calves...

:whoo:

shyt burns a lot more then doing them on the press machine.
