never been so refreshed in my life. i take it like 10 to 15 minutes before I sleep, and wake up feeling great. The problem is I only am sleeping 3 or 4 hours before I wake up.

Who knew adding 1 extra set for everything could make everything feel so much tougher. I legit barely could make it through my RDLS and high rep walking lunges superset. Just damn.

Dumbbell Romanian deads are a pretty cool. I used to think they were awkward but that was before I actually understood what a Romanian deadlift is (just a hip hinge). You don't really feel the pump during the exercise, but afterwards your glutes light up. I did them with 156 per hand at the end of loaded carries yesterday

Tried these a couple times when I couldnt get to the bar. Was just awkward :mjcry:
