You know damn well that dude is just randomly eating. Both options are garbage choices unless you have a firm grip on the rest of your food intake

But me though.....I will eat both them shyts back to back and wash them down with a bowl of Fruity Pebbles and in a week I will be as lean and healthy as I always am:blessed:

I worked out three days in a row so far. I've gained weight this month. I feel heavy too and it's not bulking. :sadbron:
I worked back yesterday and did cardio.
