Been cutting since august. Started at 236lbs. Now at 219lbs.

Still a good 20-30 more lbs to probably get rid of my gut and show my abs:mjcry:
that moment when you lose that extra 30lbs and then realize youre going to have to lose 10 more pounds :mjcry:


shyt happened to me.
I started this cut during the Coli contest in March.
Thought all I needed to lose was a cool 20lbs or so.
Here I am, 40lbs later and I still probably need to lose like 5 more pounds to be shredded :francis:

I remember setting my goal to 180 and after searching around the net 180 I'd still be holding on to a lot of bodyfat. I'm going to have to get to 165-145 to really see definition.

It's about 3,500 calories in a pound. So unless you ate the equivalent of 6 big macs (about 540 calories a burger) you should be okay.
Had to google that. I see what you mean :ohhh:

So in a couple days I should be back to normal :ohhh:

How long do you guys typically spend on abs? And how do you typically attack your abs with no gym access?

EDIT: I guess thats a bit disingenuous.....its zero minutes for direct ab work, but about 30 minutes every single day on exercises that sculpt nice abs (a.k.a. any compound exercise ever)

EDIT 2: I also spend around 5 minutes per day counting my calories and planning out my meals
