I worked on legs yesterday. It's been awhile since I went semi-heavy since I hurt my knees in the summer.
barbell squats
45 lbs. x 10 reps
65 lbs. x 10 reps
85 lbs. x 10 reps
95 lbs x 10 reps
115 lbs x 10 reps
135 lbs. x 10 reps
155 lbs x 5 reps
175 lbs x 5 reps
185 lbs x 5 reps
205 lbs x 5 reps
225 lbs x 5 reps

Back still kinda stiff. My lower body days have been mini workouts :mjcry:

Did Romanian deads tonight 5x6 with 305lbs and did some good mornings too

"Yeah I called it" this guy got issues. He grandfather just passed. The smirks, the things he says, yeah he is a sociopath. He has that crazy look in his eyes. Lasted about four minutes until he said that he knew he wouldn't last till the end of the year and smirked. Smdh

Let it rest if still stiff. Back is the one thing I def take care of and don't 'ego lift" at all.

Yep.

Join near the end of the month since they get thirsty for those sales and be willing to walk out if they won't give you zero down (they will if you get up like you're ready to leave)

Or it you know someone that's already a member have them sign you up online. Often times you can get zero down and 24.99 or 29.99 without the haggling with salesmen.

Being in a surplus with cardio is still as luxurious as a Maybach Music intro brehs. I rode 14 miles yesterday and then polished off half a box of Krispy Kreme donuts and was still in a net deficit :francis:

Happy as hell to have found cardio I enjoy and can do regularly though. That's the big hurdle for most people.

My legs are so sore brehs :mjcry: did 250 bodyweight squats in 24 minutes yesterday morning for cardio. Then had the nerve to try and have leg day in the afternoon and re-irritated my lower back as a result. I'm a dumb ass nikka sometimes
