It was obvious that the powerlifter was gonna ghost fam :heh:
I think they should have brought them into each of their respective training environments...so after this bout..bring the powerlifter to a playground and lets see how that goes down :ehh:

He just gave it so much talk about he can do anything lol

The bench press killed him though. He prob would have done well with the dips and pulls.

Yeah in another battle he mentions to the same guy that he wants a rematch because he had a shoulder injury...

Even so, the bench could have taken a toll on his rotator cuff...which would have surely made the dips difficult.

Glad it's my last week going the gym on base...nikkas all in the way. Nobody knows the dumbbell rack etiquette...I'm over here with 90s on shoulder press and dudes want to do some weak shyt with 15s right in front of me. Stay a couple of feet from the db rack and don't do sets infront of the mirror when it's crowded. I hit atleast 2 dudes with my weights on my way back to the rack...I dared them to do something about it...:pacspit::pacspit::pacspit::pacspit:

I needed a spot on my last set of shoulder press and this fakkit couldn't help me up with the first set...dude lost his balance on me then had the nerves to grab my wrist after I was telling him to back up. :scusthov:

He was close grip benching. Triceps would have been dead
Now that #TSC got its own merch, will The Gym get its own too? :ohhh:

Coli branded shaker cups and preworkout :leon:

What should the logo be

Just today I saw a guy throwing the bar at the top of the rep as he was benching

The bar was coming down at a 45 degree angle, he had no control over that shyt

I legit was thinkin this guy about to fukking crush his neck and fukking die :merchant:
A personal trainer had to tell him to :whoa: but he was like I always do this I got it :heh:

Not from where I was standing breh :damn: Its just waiting to happen

Edit:

:merchant::merchant::merchant:

That's stupid and pointless. You do need to put in more energy to push it off your hands, but you might as well increment the weight you have on the bar to do that.

I also stretched by getting into perfect deadlift position and reaching down and just grabbing the bar, holding it for a few secs at a time. Corrective stuff
