Just today I saw a guy throwing the bar at the top of the rep as he was benching

The bar was coming down at a 45 degree angle, he had no control over that shyt

I legit was thinkin this guy about to fukking crush his neck and fukking die :merchant:
A personal trainer had to tell him to :whoa: but he was like I always do this I got it :heh:

Not from where I was standing breh :damn: Its just waiting to happen

I don't see what the problem is. We do that kind of stuff in our WODs all the time at my Crossfit box

My grip improved soo much...the gym I've been going to doesn't allow chalk so usually you have to sneak it in. But I've been deadlifting and doing back workouts without chalk mostly. Ugly palms though....:wow:

Got me an all black gym bag for only $10....been using a drawstring backpack I got free from a job fair for a couple of years. :pachaha:

What an incredibly stupid exercise.
1. It's only 5 KG plates so they are lifting about 65 lbs. But that seems like a way to get injured if you catch it wrong.
2. Squatting down onto a ball? Why? If you bottom out, then you do. If you hit the ball, then what? You are doing your spine a disservice.

Worked out on back. Did 3 miles of running.
I went to an orthopedic doctor for my shoulder. He didn't recommend that I get a shoulder replacement, I have plenty of cartilage left but have starting signs of osteoarthritis. He said there's no need to get it done unless I've worn down a lot to where the pain is a lot.
I'm going to work on back and chest again, but I'm going to stay away from doing 1 rep maxes and doing light to medium weight exercises and maxing out on set that I can do three rep maxes.

So for the first time this past week I started taking creatine...:ehh:
My calves no longer burn from jumproping and I'm doing about 700 skips in 15 minutes..after my lifiting session...I do well over 1300 on my non-lifting day...
Before I go back to doing deads I'm going to work on other methods of strengthening my spinal erectors...back extensions and goblet squats have helped greatly (we got a smith machine but no squat rack :beli: )
Chest getting oaky
Still got 23lbs to loose but my appetite that has disappeared after taking BCAAs (idk how or why or if that's what's causing it) and the 6+ liters of water a day are helping
Thank god for Platinum ON...
Gonna post progress pics in December or January
Arms, back and traps are leaning the fukk out :ehh:

It was obvious that the powerlifter was gonna ghost fam :heh:
I think they should have brought them into each of their respective training environments...so after this bout..bring the powerlifter to a playground and lets see how that goes down :ehh:
