YO @semtex that shyt was fukkin piff...it took me like 15 minutes of stumbles...jumping too high and shyt like that but I ended up doing that shyt for 75 minutes at 30 skips/jumps per set with 15-30 seconds of rest; my fukking under shirt and over shirt were soaked..
gonna do like 10 sets after my back, chest and shoulder days then do a long session like that (^) on Thursdays.
Can't wait to get better so I can add variations
