YO @semtex that shyt was fukkin piff...it took me like 15 minutes of stumbles...jumping too high and shyt like that but I ended up doing that shyt for 75 minutes at 30 skips/jumps per set with 15-30 seconds of rest; my fukking under shirt and over shirt were soaked..:win:

gonna do like 10 sets after my back, chest and shoulder days then do a long session like that (^) on Thursdays. :whew:

Can't wait to get better so I can add variations

And my calves are burning like a mf :bryan:

Going to start splitting hams and quads for my 2x leg week routine. Light squats on ham and heavy on quad day. First time trying the hamstring curl machine....the one where you plank and curl back for a 90 degree angle...shyt is hard for me just using bodyweight. :wow:

Haven't been able to do squats or deads due to my stupid fukkin back

I haven't been able to do either for several months......it really, really sucks.

I can do both leg press and hack squat again, and I've added DB lunges, so I'm still able to hit my legs at least somewhat......but I really miss the bar on my back.

Weighed myself at work before I start training for my next half marathon in Houston in January and I tip the scales at 202 lbs :ohmy: I've never been more than 185 yet I've been running semi regularly for the past few months. Been eating right too. Yeah, I got more muscle mass but it hasn't effected my pace. This just took me totally off guard.

You work out the same way for years but you still gain weight , but your performance is barely affected by it :mindblown:

It looks better in the mirror though :takedat:

Flu season is the biggest gains goblin out there breh...tried to workout today, but had to cut back the volume since i could barely breathe

Was crowded this morning for me as well. Had like 3 people on different instances ask for tips or give me a compliment today in the gym. :lupe:

Going as Superman tonight with a tight ass shirt and a small ass cape...was going to be Bane but didn't want to cops to come at me.:pachaha:

I went downtown as bane 2 years ago . Never again man. Women were grabby as hell which was dope but damn did I have every cop in Minneapolis attention it seemed :heh:

Same for my joint, too. Not crowded at all but more than usual. If that's the case, I might have the weight room all to myself this morning :smugdraper:
