word ive just been doing them in the hypertrophy range for now 3 x 8...im gonna try some higher reps like 15 next back day and see how i like it. Def takes the legs out of the equation brehworks your back and not your lower body like deads do nor does it work your CNS as much.
high reps (12+) with 3 or 4 plates on each side get my back and forearms popping

How long have you been cutting, how much have you lost, how much more do you have to lose, how long have you been stalled etcI need some advice on my macros. I always thought it was solid but I feel like my progress has been slowing so I'm unsure. I'm 180 and have my calorie intake at 2100 with high carb, low fat and moderate protein. Should I drop the carbs and bump fat to get bf% lower? I lift 2-3 days a week and do mma about 2-3 days a week as well. Im trying to drop down to get a body similar to dez Bryant, Jon jones or basically muscular and cut. Idk brehs I'm just stuck. Any advice is appreciated.
Forgot to mention I just changed my calorie intake a few days ago. Before that I was 185 getting 1700 calories and very low carb (20%).

I tell this story a lot but I think it's relevant.... did a ~6 month cut this year, got down from 215 to about 187, back up to the low 190s now. Stalled like a MF at the end. Maintenance was like 3000, calories got as low as 1800 once I stalled. Like 1 month after I finished the cut my maintenance was back up to ~2700-2800 and I looked lean and full. Point of all that is to say sometimes when u stall it might pay to just reset to maintenance for a little bit and keep pushing. I was stalled at 1800. Right now I could probably start losing weight again at like 2300-2500 no problem.
