Having your own equipment is :ahh:.

No more showing off tryna lift weights heavier than you can manage. Now it's all about proper form and control.

Now I can follow my routines to the T, without having to adjust em cause some douchebags are hogging the bench. Only thing I can't do is weighted dips

Welp my mom's birthday next Wednesday. So we will be going out to eat Saturday and Wednesday. Gonna be over my grandmother's house Friday night celebrating it. Plus I got my once in a month cheat meal Sunday night. Definetly gonna be lots of temptation.

But another note my glutes and hams are sore from deads. Good thing I started light since I basically gave my low back a month off from weights.

I need to get back in the gym. Been out for a month. But my knees are garbadge. I inherited them from my dad they have been bad since i was young. My right knee has been acting up all month even though i havent done anything, i can sit on the toilet to piss and that bytch hurts a bit. Idk what to do with them.
Im thinking of buying a barbell and some weights so i can squat, deadlidft, glute/hip thrust in my own space. My only problem is that as my weights get heavier ill need some type of barbell holder and i dont got money for that. I tried messing with the smith machine at the gym but my back got screwed everytime. Its too straight.

just got a new job, probably won't be able to workout during lunch until I get settled in.

Enlighten me on lunch workouts? You get a shower in? :patrice:
How long is the actual workout:jbhmm:

I found a gym right next to my work...well about 10 mins wondering if its feasible.

I can only imagine the lack of crowding :ooh:
