What I don't get is dudes who will bench or squat 2-3 plates, and then leave a plate on each side when they're done.
Why rerack everything but one plate?
I'm inconsiderate.

I'm inconsiderate.I usually warm up with 135lbs. on bench and squats and that's why I usually leave a plate on there since the more stronger people are usually fine with using that for a warm-up weight. If it's too heavy for you to warm up with then I'm thinking I'm doing the scrawny scrub a favor by giving him 2x45lbs. plates to rack back up.

I figured it's a manageable weight for most people. I almost never re-rack to a clear barWhat I don't get is dudes who will bench or squat 2-3 plates, and then leave a plate on each side when they're done.

130 lbs.? That dude is strong. I think I got up to 90 lbs each for a one rep set, flat bench, not incline.Back to bulking starting this evening...been eating around 1700-1900 calories for the past few months. Gonna amp up 1200+ cal daily.
Had the Superman shirt on so I was feeling myself. Tried 125lbs. for dumbbell chest press and got 6 reps. Got 5 reps w/ 110lbs. on incline. Triceps were pumped as hell.
The dude who was spotting me was doing 130lbs. incline for reps...nikka had his feet on the bench as well.
I take off all plates. Even though most people can start off with 135 lbs. on the squat or bench, I take it off because its a courtesy for everyone using it. Some dudes can't even squat 135 lbs. and some people who are strong might be doing something else, like military press in the squat rack or narrow grip bench, so they'll not start with 135.What I don't get is dudes who will bench or squat 2-3 plates, and then leave a plate on each side when they're done.
