What I don't get is dudes who will bench or squat 2-3 plates, and then leave a plate on each side when they're done.
Why rerack everything but one plate?
I'm inconsiderate. I usually warm up with 135lbs. on bench and squats and that's why I usually leave a plate on there since the more stronger people are usually fine with using that for a warm-up weight. If it's too heavy for you to warm up with then I'm thinking I'm doing the scrawny scrub a favor by giving him 2x45lbs. plates to rack back up.
