I hate it when motherfukker try to talk to me with my headphones asking for shyt, ESPECIALLY when I'm in the middle of a fukkin set :stopitslime:

BREH! This fukking guy at the gym like 2 months ago asked for a spot two times on bench, and I was like cool, whatever. I was hyping myself up on my bench with my headphones in lying down, this motherfukker asks me for a spot again. I told him na man, you gotta get someone else. Some people's kids man.

Speaking of keeping lean, all yall nikkas NOT doing cardio, bulking OR cutting, are pouring jelly on yourselves. I went for a quick half hour bike ride after some time off and dropped a good 3-4lbs overnight, and in the mirror. That + drinking damn near a gallon of water every day = :smugfavre: We are not IG ready yet but the foundation is there.

Yesterday's fullbody wasn't so bad. Went light on deads, really just want to ease my way to do it. Did military press for a change and man even just using 65 lbs was tough for 3 x 10 Tho that number should go up as I get back in a rhythm.

My whole chin ups & pull ups endurance is shot hopefully I can get back to doing 3 x 10 with my BW as soon as possible. Tho after next week I'm gonna need a belt for dips since I can still do 3 x10 pretty easily especially considering it is my first week back.

I mean im 50/50 on him being natty because hes been at it for 10 years. still the 15% bf looking like that sounds like pure ducktales.

They are remodeling the weight area so alot of stuff is off-limits. Kept it simple with weighted pullup variations and finished with some rack-pulls...arms gave out before my back did. My grip is still solid though. :wow:

@semtex You do rack-pulls or you stick to just deads? :jbhmm:

So I was at the gym when this bytch walks in with a wait trainer. Walked on the treadmill for 5 mn, did some struggle crunches and went home. On a side note I can now squat 275 legitely

I can't get 3 meals in :francis:

shyt is like a chore I eat breakfast after my work out then lunch before work .

While at work I just drink mad water then I come home and drink a shake and ko.

My shake is like a dam meal replacement doe .

Last night was the first time I actually ate a meal .

I was so hungry I had to make a small plate of chicken and some rice .


I know this won't happen everyday :francis:
