s.p. knocked off 800 calories and did 700 situps yesterday. making progress.
I don't understand why gyms don't try to stop people or kick them out when people do shyt like this. They could damage the equipment, not to mention hurt themselves or others.
Added like 75 lbs to my total this summer and thought it was hard work. Was so

My homeboy who I lifted with a while back would swear by those, but hate wearing belts. My lifts would drop with that shyt. Felt like my knee tendons or something was going to blow. Most of my lifting life I have never had access to a full squat rack and I've never been that bold to squat that far out the cage ever with a spotter. Wasting energy with every step back you take.
Felt like I had a fever last night....passed out for like 10hrs. I woke up and ate and then was down for like another 3 hours.
, you're then left with two choices. Eat ice cream and cookies while watching tv and playing video games, or go maintain your figure. Better this way so I can make room for tomorrow's junk food during football and night of champions.
