Drink alcohol brehs
Wake up with a resting heart rate of 85 bpm brehs (it's usually 56-58)

Had bout 5 beers and a shot of bourbon last night. That's a normal response though. It's a result of dehydration and your body working to purge itselfHow much are you drinking to get to that state?
Been on Pediasure and water the past 12hrs. Went to this BBQ was was mixing all different types of alcohol.
6 MPH? If you aren't sweating at that pace, then you need to increase it.I guess I usually run at 6...I guess ramp it up to 7
So I'm doing shoulder today and almost passed out the gym from a Dizzy Spell. I don't know why shoulder days the only days I get light headed from working out. Could be that I also haven't been hydrated as I should.
Switch to a full body split brehI'm thinking of switching up my routine. I usually do specific parts on specific days. Which I don't have issues with but I feel like I just need to cut and not bulk. I'm not gonna gain any more weight and I've been just maintaining consistency. I'm not fat either, I'm around 178. My diet could improve but I maintain weight and stay active at work too. But must of my fat goes to my stomach. Not like I have a big stomach but I know I can improve on it. I'm thinking of just sticking to mostly core and cardio exercises with some full body stuff like bench press, squats and deadlifts. While eliminating things like arm day and back day. Would this be wise or should I just keep working on every body part with more emphasis on my core since that's my main area of weakness? I know a six pack is tough to achieve but I'd be happy with even a two.
