I thought it was because of the oils in them. But i could be wrong and it could be a myth for all i know. :yeshrug:
Like most things it's fine in the right amount. There shouldn't be oil in it. You might be thinking of margarine.

Good to be back in gym. Used the treadmill for the first time instead of the ellipitical. 45 of 5 mph on no incline. Pretty good being my first time. Also did bodyweight stuff after with some stretching. Ded need to get my conditioning labels back.

If I told her to season her vegetables with dextrose would that be good advice?

Everything in moderation

100kcal (1 serving of butter) to make veggies edible is a fair tradeoff in my book. I dont bother with any of that shyt though. I let the Blendtec handle that :jawalrus:.

fukk it, I put some butter with my veggies. but according to the calorie box. it's 50 calories per table spoon. So I think I'm good. Drunk some water with it and feel full already. :obama:

man Ive only been to the gym twice in 6 days, things have been hectic, plus my car was in the shop for 2 days. I wont be able to hit the gym again until either Thursday or friday because this week is hectic as well. I had been hitting the gym 4-5 days a week for the past 4 months, I hope these 2 weeks dont jack up my routine
