just got surgery on the side of my face/sideburn area, tryna figure out what are the chances of my stitches splitting open if i hit the weights tomorrow :patrice:

Its not a preworkout. I'm on that ec right now. All day, errday.

Side note: Finally off the sugary drinks. I'm on that all water wave brehs. :lawd: Don't eem crave iced tea or soda anymore. Don't eem need crystal light. :wow: Took only a week to ween myself off of em. Just copped some natural optimum whey to completely remove artificial sweeteners from my intake.

EC pre workout they both get you goin sir. Water life is the way to go, but if you slip up optimize those 'zero' drinks

Threw the belt on today after I warmed up to 275lbs. w/o out...315 and 335 reps easy. :wow: IDK why, but my lower back gets fatigued after a certain while...maybe I go too hard on back day.

I don't go over 375 on deadlifts right now to save my back from being taxed (no chalk allowed)...gonna try to get a new PR on squats by Christmas. :whoo:
