I need to try and man up and do that. But me trying to get up in the mornings is like :noah:

Every time I've tried to do that in the past, I would go to bed earlier than usual, like 10:00-10:30. But I would just lay there, it's like my body was like :stopitslime:. I wouldn't fall asleep till my usual midnight time, so there was no way I'd be up for a 5:00 lifting session.

I've tried working out fasted in the morning a bunch of times and I have a shytty workout every time. :manny:
It takes gettin used to. I did 4x5 deads with 405 the other mornin before breakfast with ease. It felt like 300 somethin.

My workouts are usually about an hour. :manny:

My issue was I just felt weaker couldn't do as many reps or work with the weight I normally do. My boy swears by it though he is in the gym at 5:30am and beasts fasted.

I cant workout in the morning at all.. let alone before eating.

I'll be in the gym wandering around half zombified with a lost puppy look on my face like ":what: Teh fukk should I be doing right now"
