I have two strategies with online dating. Mainly Tinder, IG, Snapchat, Bumble, BLK.

If a girl has a DTF vibe, I open in with sexual innuendos. Plant ideas in her heads. Set the tone.

Or you could be looking to teach breh, to stop the chicanery and get on your level of maturity. Its not about how pretty they are, but how many you can pluck. Also about being realistic....there's no place in the world where 8,9 and 10's hangout in droves. I would say your friend needs to be grounded, or just told to stop with the bullshyt, no one believes him, and its better if he actually looked for help with getting said women he desires. If he's not open to that, he's a lost cause.
