Went to two destination weddings this year, one in LA, that was at a historic church in downtown LA, and over 100/150 people. Not sure on the costs, but probably like 30-50/60k, maybe more, photographers, hotel rooms, bunch of other shyt I'm not even thinking of. They had a full staff with walkie talkies coordinating the event. Both parents have money, so it's probably just writing a check.

The other is next month in Guadalajara. My boy told me that one is stressing him. Her family has money but is just like piecemealing it, and not just giving them a check.
