i may really have to invest in developing a proper IG acct/dating profile this summer

cold approaching can work - i got 2 or 3 woman building on my roster as we speak...but its only becoming more and more fruitless as time goes on.

met a girl on the train yesterday, had a great conversation and exchanged numbers.

messaged her that night. she responds the next morning. i respond , no response from her. something similar happened with 2 other girls i bagged yesterday.

if you aint getting a hook up from your friend circle it is very hard to actually entice a random chick. got 3 numbers and deleted all 3 within 24 hrs :laff:
IG is the best for Passively getting at chicks. I would say pay for a photoshoot in your city or take a trip to LA/NYC lol and legit do a photoshoot in major areas in different outfits. Do that to build the foundation and then start traveling and have those pics flesh out the IG.

Dating Apps is literally just for ugly people and prostituion with some ego boosting sprinkled in, so yeah have a profile just to have a wide net but don't expect much from that.

in this day and age you gotta be a brand and heave advertisement reach in multiple channels (real life, social media, dating apps, friend circles).

I know exactly what you mean
Ive spoke on this before saying how men blame each other way too much

Even my homie did it today

I was telling him how nowadays a girl wont even save your number until after youve proven yourself or some shyt

And then he said he would do the same thing if he was them, acting like I am weird for saying I wouldnt. I said why not just be more selective with who you give your number to rather than giving your number out and being ultra pessimistic

nikkas be cosigning antisocial behavior from women. shyt is sad
We are losing the balance between constructive criticism (because we are still Men — solution orientated & straight up honesty) and being relatable.

“I see where you coming from” or “I can see your perspective but also…” goes a long way

some brehs have this immediate kneejerk reaction to say “get better” or even agree with women anytime a young breh talks about his experiences. He could be transparent, admit his shortcomings, and genuinely take criticism — and these dudes will still pile on him to appease females or stay stuck in their ways, as if they’re not equipped to

now granted, some of these young brehs aren’t trying at all. No approach, no grooming improvement, constant complaining… but it’s something I’ve noticed more and more which explains why this generation just tunes out older men.

definitely to a high degree. The constant comparison, parasocial relationship with IG models, constant drilling of blackpill or negativity.

Type of shyt that makes you want to disregard wanting a family and not attempt to find partnership. Not every breh is built or meant for hook-up culture, but they feel either pressured to join in or simply feel this the only viable method

while it sounds cliche you gotta find self purpose and things you enjoy to keep you occupied and fulfilled. Human interaction is critical but we have to delete that "forever" module in our minds and realize people are here for a season (even pre social media, that season was someones life because ultimately we all die). Enjoy life on a day by day basis because tomorrow (and the people who come with tomorrow) are not promised.

Idle time is usually what gets our mind wandering and in a state of dread. I'm not saying run away from reality, but more so accept this is the world we are in, and enjoy life for what it its via things that make you happy. Learn there is nothing wrong with being alone, and if you want to be around people look at meet ups and volunteer activities. When we drop all the pretentious shyt we tend to meet people in their honest elements compared to meeting people at places everyone is "performing" at i.e. clubs/brunches/etc.

not cliche at all. It’s the only solution, but it requires introspection & patience.. and some folks hate to face themselves and want everything now. This plagues my generation.. not feeling like they’ve amounted to much or struggle to find their niche (even though they’ve only lived less than 25 yrs on this Earth so far)

there’s a breh who woke up this morning not knowing it’d be his last morning. There’s a breh about to fall asleep who won’t wake up the next day… how did they spend their last 24hrs? Were they satisfied with what their lives amounted to?

Programming did a number on us, me included. Like you said, this isn’t a new concept… just feels like it’s been kicked into overdrive. Have you like “I knew it was like this.. but damn :francis:

I think teens and people in their early/mid 20s are more so suffering from what Covid HS Seniors did where they are being robbed of their dating years due to this new stage of gender dynamics while older folks who aren't weird are more so like "damn shyt changed" "damn its bad now", younger dudes only know this world.

When I was in College nobody was on dating apps and funny enough those were the years folks said it was the best, but you see now Dating apps are flooded with College kids, and I'm like how bad are things when you can't date within social circles of a university with thousands of people lol.

And then the false sense of "status" due to credit + globalized dating market place (aka tricking expanding. borders), people can't even focus on dating or basic human decency because there are sooooo many people coming at folks from every angle lol.

you literally on a date and chick getting DMs of dudes trying to holla lol.

I`m probablhy rambling but I just say
1.become your best self physically mentally and financially
2. learn that being alone is ok thus find things that make you happy/fulfil you to minimize idle mind time.
3.pick up hobbies or even volunteer at things that puts you around other people as human interaction is critical to our health so at least be around people doing more genuine stuff.

I said this awhile back that you gotta keep an iPhone for FT alone. Ain't no hoe gonna download google meet for y'all to video call lol.

If you don't got one then get a cheap iphone 8 or SE and find the cheapest plan possible...it goes a long way.

Don't play the game on hard mode.

truly a watered down experience

the part you said about people coming at folks at every angle was interesting, because many folks do the reverse. Injecting themselves into this Twitter user, and that YouTuber, and that TikTok trend.. just smoke and mirrors.

This all you can truly do.

Shyt slowly started to change after 2007. The year when the smartphone became officially available to the masses. And after 2013-14, the three-headed dragon of tinder/instagram/snapchat really killed the dating game, social interactions and male/female relations.

Social media destroyed society and made us less social and connected ironically. Virtual relationships and social interactions are not proper substitutes for real ones.

Then covid pandemic, forced lockdowns and isolation, tiktok helped to degrade the social fabric of civilization even further lol.

And after 2013-14, the three-headed dragon of tinder/instagram/snapchat really killed the dating game, social interaction and male/female relations. The social fabric of the modern western civilization has been degraded. And I'm afraid that the covid plandemic/forced lockdowns/unescapable isolation/prolonged loneliness will seriously affect young people in a big and bad way.

Virtual relationships, interactions and friendships are not proper substitutes for real life relationships/interactions/friendships.We weren't supposed to be online all the time. Ironically the more people are obsessed with social media, the less people are actually connected to people in real life situations. Nowadays Physical contact with people (no :dame:) seeing people in the flesh is weird but having 20K "followers" on instagram/tiktok/twitter and having reddit "friends" is considered normal lol. Fake is the new real, in this era, with this generation. And the worst thing is that the young folks didnt choose that way of life. It was imposed onto them by the powers that be. People under 30-35 never had a chance, they came up of age in a depressing social nightmare.

In retrospect with the extreme lack of success I’ve been having with women lately.

I’m gonna stop pursing them so hard. Instead of going out to the clubs I’m just gonna go to random shyt.

Take a couple drives out to random cities go to random museums and shyt idk don’t really give a fukk anymore

These females aren’t worth all the effort for no reward, don’t even like people like that anyways. Going back on my loner shyt :unimpressed:

Basically you're saying that women are just herd animals/followers?

In the context of them developing all of these talking points - they are as much herd animals/followers that men are.

Moreover, thinking of that all of them just parrot Social Media trends, still doesn't help the average guy get em.

The things they want, they seem to ask for, they seem to respond to - tend to be at the extremes that most men can't get.

There are only so many NBA and NFL players. There are only so many successful musicians and actors.

There are only so many millionaires - and most of rich dudes fail to also be tall, handsome, in shape, and known to her and her peers.

When Kevin Samuels talked about "LinkedIn Level" - he was basically saying an e-commerce/crypto millionaire type dude really doesn't address people's need for STATUS. And in general, women love a man with status. (and sometimes power, but not always)

So when these trends come up, maybe you crack the astrology thing, the love language thing, the attachment style thing, and have the text book response that meets all of her paper criteria - she's gonna find something else.

Before anything pops off, she's looking for a no.
After things pop off, she's looking for a yes, a justification.

With that in mind, remember you can't "logic" these broads. A man can't change a woman's mind, but he can change a woman's mood.

I think the game changed maybe 2010/11 when ever 4g internet begane norm.

I say this because we had facebook but we only used it to upload pics from the parties we went to and technically add chicks from other universities.

Twitter was still text focused (we had tweet from text lol) so even that wasnt focused on the images or lifestyle it was literally just folks talking shyt online (hence all the exposal tweets come from the 2009-2012 era since folks tweeted shocking stuff to go viral since it wasnt anout pics or video).

Once 4G LTE Became wide spread 4k cameras did too and naturally instagram blew up because before it wasnt being used that heavy and vine was just for comedy.

2014 and beyond is when we say online pivot to im living my best life stuff because even youtube changed (as mentioned with the 4g lte expansion and every phone recording in 4K).

Remember how raw youtube was pre 2014? Lol the world became faker once we gained the tools to “make movies” with ease.

Yea when the FULL internet was able to be open to masses and connect everyone, you could see the changes. Before even on phones they had some stripped down internet. But in '07 most people didnt have the iphone, it was a niche product for early tech adopters locked I think on ATT only. Then app store came like a year later ('08). IG was huge because it was an app first before ever having actual website, that was big at the time (Only accessible on mobile phone). That window of '11-'13 when IG is finding its lane and growing and then Tinder entering and taking off was a BIG shift, 4G also in that era late '12.

Even before then, how people consumed the internet was tied to their computer, stationary, only some people maybe took pics at a party then went home and uploaded. The amount of digital pictures exploded in that '12-'13 range. The way people interacted with IG was posting food pics or outfit of the day. Coming to android opened it to billion more users in '12. The actual camera used then were heavy pixels.

The next big shift came in that '16 ish time, cameras got better, EVERYONE had a connected smart phone, and IG went thru revamp with inrtoducing larger uploads, and mainly algorithm (MAJOR). Before it was just chronological order but then the algorithm was introduced. Women I think took to it much better than men, they understand or pay more attention to detail and aesthetics. New jobs/economy/trends took off, the whole makeup artist, lashes, weaves and tea, traveling, high end restaurants, shopping, soft girl life, boss girl, etc. To me ALLLL of that is tied to this eras change. With better high quality pics, you now need a curated feed, so its not just a fun app anymore, its presenting a whole lifestyle brand. Selling an image. Thats why they all want the same guy or its trending that way.

Now people are taking full on photoshoots, info that you would have to $earch for is freely available or given away. Things are moving soo fast and trends happening, I would have to sit and really think about it. Environment really dictates behavior but the algorithms seem to be having people go crazy more than anything else..
